Skydiving Events ~ Last year we had precision skydiving teams land right before your eyes between the runway and the taxi way. This year we're planning on a skydiving event that will consist of a 50 person jump. That's right, 50 skydivers jumping out of several airplanes at the same time. At 120 miles per hour it won't take them long to land  Click here to visit their website

Aircraft from the
Collings Foundation
appearing at
Skyhaven AirShow 04
August 21-22
TBM Avenger
Vought Corsair

A T-6 Texan

B-25 Mitchell

Other Military Aircraft
P-51 Mustang flown by Dan McCue
L-39 flown by Dan McCue

Aero Vision, LLC ~ You'll get another chance to see the black L-39. It made an appearance at the 2003 Centennial. Now you will have a chance to see it again, and who knows, maybe actually win a ride.click on image to get a real close look Good luck to whoever wins the ride in the L-39 Albatros. May the force be with you. "G" force that is!  There's plenty of L-39 websites on the net if your so inclined.

Rochester Modelers Club ~ Did you know we have a radio controlled aircraft club in Rochester? These aircraft are scaled down models of the real thing. If you see an aircraft coming in for a landing, and as it gets closer it doesn't get bigger, well it's probably one of the radio controlled aircraft from the Club. They even have helicopters and jet.
Check out their website. CLICK HERE

More Jets at the Airshow ~ Here's another example of the various kinds of aircraft that you'll see at Skyhaven Airport. An L-29. (Not to be confused with the black L-39.) It will also be on display during the airshow.

FB111 ~  Read the remarkable story of how this FB111 model was restored by visiting their web site (click here). This scaled model will be at the Skyhaven Airshow 04.

REESE DILL'S T-6 AEROBATICS Slightly modified T-6's were used to depict Japanese Zeros in the films Steven Spielberg's "Pearl Harbor" and "Tora, Tora, Tora." The plane was originally used as a trainer for all services during World War II. Click here for more information about Reese Dill.

More Aircraft to add to the List How about (2) T34 B's on static display
Pancake Breakfast Join us on Sunday morning for a pancake breakfast hosted by the Skyhaven Flying Club. It was a hit last year, and this year we expect it'll be just as great.

Collings Foundations ~ You can expect to see several aircraft from the Collings Foundation. The AT-6 Texan, TBM Avenger, the B-25 Mitchell, and the Vought F4U-5NL Corsair.

Area-X51 Flight SimulatorThe list keeps growing! Skyhaven AirShow 04 continues to grow with a program that offers a wide offering of choices. Click here to visit the Area-X51 websiteWhether it's something you'd just like to see but not try, or maybe you'd like the experience but stay on the ground? This might be the thing just for you! It's an F18 simulator! For more information visit their web site.

Sigrid M. BaumannAnother addition to our distinguished list of performers is Sigrid Baumann.
That aircraft she's standing next to has the appearance of action and if you join us at the air show you just might see what this plane is all about. CLICK HERE FOR Sigrid's Bio.

The Antonov is Coming! ~ Another static display of what seems to be just another biplane, from a distance that is.
But when you get closer to this rare bird is keeps getting bigger and bigger. It's a big old Russian biplane with a 1000 hp motor hanging on the front of it.

N.H. Aviation Historical Society will be setting up a booth. Founded in 1995, the New Hampshire Aviation Historical Society is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to preserve the history of aviation in New Hampshire, collecting aviation-related information and artifacts of the past, present and future.
