The New England Aerobatic Club will have a Aerobatic Practice based at Skyhaven Airport.  The aerobatic box location will be just East of the Airport. Airport will remain open for departures and arrivals, but touch and goes will not be allow too reduce congestion, per requirement of FAA.  There is no cost to participate but must be a member of the I.A.C. to participate. IAC members will be on hand to answer questions.

Change in Pattern for the Acrobatic Practices at Skyhaven  (PLEASE NOTE THE PATTERN IS NOW LEFT HAND TRAFFIC FOR 33 and RIGHT HAND TRAFFIC FOR 15!)
Last Date for the acrobatic practices this year at Skyhaven Airport will be Sept. 22 on a Saturdays:  ( Rain dates are the Sunday’s)

The FAA specifies what they want, no touch and goes during the aerobatic
practice and the traffic pattern changes to Left traffic for 33 and right traffic
for 15 both at 1000 ft AGL. The keep out area is 2 NM from the center of the
runway. Planes can take off and land at will with the modified pattern but
they have to fly 2 nm before turning to the east. The aerobatic box will be on
the east side of the runway. The box extends up to 4800 ft. There will be a
NOTAM filed. A map of the box can be viewed at the below website
